REAL LIFE KIDS

REAL LIFE KIDS

Every child is designed by God to do great things in the world

Our goal is to partner with parents to help develop their child’s full potential in a safe, age-appropriate environment where the Bible is taught in a creative and fun way! We love kids so much that we refuse to bore them with a message designed for someone much older. For that reason, we have created spaces that are age appropriate and extremely fun.

NURSERY & TODDLERS (0-3 YEARS)
We have taken great care to prepare our classrooms to be the best environment for your baby or toddler with age appropriate toys and an opportunity to interact with others. Staffed with professional, caring adults, all of whom meet required background standards, we seek to ease any concerns and offer a sense of security, allowing you to worship with peace of mind and confidence.

PRE-SCHOOL (3-5 YEARS)
During our weekend experience, your child will be in the care of several trained volunteers. With the simplicity of the Bible, its stories, songs, crafts, and activities, our goal is to encourage preschoolers in a growing, loving relationship with Jesus Christ and others through an active hands-on approach in an atmosphere where they feel a sense of belonging.

ELEMENTARY (K-5TH GRADE)
Our children's services are overseen by several trained volunteers who are committed to reaching and ministering to children. Through worship, teaching, small groups, and a variety of fun activities, children are exposed to God's Word and are challenged to grow in their relationship with God and others.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON A SUNDAY

WHERE TO GO
The check-in station opens 20 minutes prior to service. If it is your first time visiting us, you will fill out a simple registration form. At that time, please let us know of any allergies or health concerns. Please come with all bags and belongings labeled to ensure that your children are checked in on time for you to enjoy the entire service.

WE MAKE IT EASY

Parent Cue: At drop-off each Sunday, we will send home a Parent Cue that highlights what we’re learning that week. Here are a few suggestions for using this resource at home:

  • Help your child learn their memory verse every month.
  • Grab a Kids Bible and read the story we talked about on Sunday.
  • Talk to them about the “Bottom Line” for the week at dinner time. Help them find ways to put it into action.
  • Do one of the simple and fun hands-on activities we highlight each week.
  • Pray with your children every night as you tuck them in.

SAFETY AT REAL LIFE
Safety and security are of utmost importance to us. When you check in, you and your child will receive corresponding security tags. You must present your portion of the tag when you pick up your child - no exceptions. All of our volunteers are carefully trained and pass a background check to ensure the safest environment possible. To ensure the health of the children and workers, we ask that sick children with a fever or contagious symptoms not attend. We will miss them and we look forward to seeing them again when they feel better.
